Sales Contract

Painted Crimson Goldens, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “SELLER”) agrees to sell the puppy described as:

The puppy will be held only if a non-refundable deposit is received, and is still for sale until such time as said deposit is received by seller. Full payment of puppy MUST be paid for in full before puppy leaves seller’s possession. A full refund will be returned if an accident or injury occurs to the puppy prior to leaving Painted Crimson premises. Deposits will be deducted from original price when paid in full.

Balance must be paid in full with cash or certified bank check when puppy is being picked up. Thank you!

Health Guarantee:

Puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against genetic/congenital defects which would cause death or the need to be humanely euthanized. Should the puppy be diagnosed with any life threatening congenital defect or dies within first year for no reason, a written veterinarian report, with autopsy, must be submitted in writing and signed by a licensed veterinarian at buyers expense. Seller MUST be notified of the problem within 24 hours of the licensed veterinarians determination. Seller must receive veterinarian report. If puppy dies and veterinarian autopsy determines cause to be congenital, Seller will replace puppy with the first available puppy of the same value as soon as possible. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been euthanized without prior permission of the Seller. A returned puppy must be returned to Seller in good condition, other then specified problem, at Buyers expense. Buyer will then qualify for a replacement puppy of equal value (determined by Seller) out of our next available litter. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the Seller. There will be no cash refunds! Vaccinations, de-worming, and heart guard, are not covered under this guarantee. Other certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as, allergies thyroid dysfunction, ear mite, mange, and other autoimmune disorders are not covered in this guarantee. This guarantee does not include hernias/ruptures, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, Guardia which can happen in puppies that are stressed from moving to new homes. All veterinarian charges, incurred by purchaser, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by Seller, including spay or neuter charges. The seller guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee breeding or show quality, adult size, color, coat type, ear set, or temperament. All guarantees shall become null and void If the puppy is sold, given away, or transferred to another person.

Conditions of sale:

1) Buyer must take puppy to veterinarian of choice within 72 hours of purchase, at buyers expense, for health guarantee to be valid. If this is not done, the health guarantee becomes invalid and buyer assumes all responsibility for the health of the puppy.

2) Buyer agrees to maintain the puppies health in good condition By providing yearly examinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.

3) Buyer must agree to provide a safe, secure, and suitable environment for this puppy.

4) Seller guarantees puppy to be wormed, vet-checked, and to have received his/her homeopathic vaccinations upon leaving Painted Crimson Goldens premises.

Every puppy comes with AKC registration papers including limited Registration rights (you may not breed your dog).

**THE Seller neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other then those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchant ability and Fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the seller and buyer with respect to this sale. The buyers signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understand all the conditions of the sales agreement and contract of sale. Any and all litigations will be handled in Grafton County in the State of New Hampshire.**
